Experience with customer service
The actual product didnt work out for my needs but it truly was a quality design. The most important part of the transaction was dealing with customer service for the return.
They responded promptly, professionally and kindly Made it easy to return and I hope the refund will be as prompt.

Defective device
I purchased the Sonic Skim device, which did not work when I receives it. I contacted support, a second device was sent immediately. When I received the device, it worked correctly.

My fluff grew back stronger,
When my light fair fluff grew back Stronger I was very disappointed, asked for a Refund to No avail.

I ordered the Sonicsmooth Pro+ kit and it arrived within a week of ordering. My first device wouldnt charge, so I emailed customer service and they quickly sent me a replacement that also arrived within a week. They told me I could keep the first kit as well, and even though that device was defective it still included a 2 months supply of razors in the kit so I was very happy with this because I ended up with a working replacement device and a 4 months supply of razors!

I received my Sonic Smooth on 15.02.2025 and couldn't have been happier with it. Absolutely brilliant!
However, it broke a couple of days ago - the part that holds the razor has snapped off the handle. I tried to fix it but was unable to. I contacted Michael Todd Beauty today to let them know the problem, sending them a photo as proof of the break, and a copy of my order as proof of the delivery date. The Customer Service department replied to me within approximately an hour and I was offered a replacement.
This is fantastic customer service and I will eagerly be awaiting my replacement Sonic Smooth.

My sonic smooth stopped charging. I purchased it August 23, 2024.
When I contacted customer service they replied within a few minutes. I was surprised by the quick response and happy with the resolution to my problem.

My Sonicsmooth was no longer holding a charge so I did some troubleshooting prior to reaching out to Customer Support to get further assistance and explaining the issue and my proof of purchase was provided to them they very quickly offered a resolution that I'm pleased with so my overall experience was good.

I need help finding a replacement item
Oh my stars my Sonicsmooth has stop working I need a new one to replace this one. I have talked to several people in customer including Pearl and Im getting no help.
What does a customer have to do to make things right?
This is very very aggravating that you have keep repeating yourself . I want to speak to a customer service person .
