I had this product gifted to be a few weeks ago and I will admit I was a bit skeptical about it. Ive used my fair share of dermablades before but this one didnt cut me or irritate my skin. Its extremely hygienic and safe to use. My skin feels so soft and I cant keep myself from touching my face!! I would definitely recommend this product, its a great tool to have in your beauty pouch.

My dermaplaning device failed after 2-3 uses. I hadnt registered it, so didnt bother contacting the company. After posting a comment on Facebook, I received a message requesting my email address and order number. I sent my email address but I dont have the order number. Never heard back. Im not wanting a refund, but it would be nice to get a replacement. Im willing to send this one back!

It took me years to finally start dermaplaning. I always thought my peach fuzz would grow back darker and thicker. I was wrong, it doesn't! It actually removes your unwanted facial hair without it growing back darker and thicker, exfoliates dead skin cells, makes your skin smooth and soft, gives a more youthful appearance and much more. I am really impressed with the Sonic Smooth. I usually nick myself when I dermaplane, but the Sonic Smooth didn't irritate my skin or nick me, it just makes my skin so soft and smooth. My skin absorbs my skincare products better and my makeup has a smoother application. I should have never put this off, it's done wonders for my skin! I do wish it had a light on it, I think it would help you to see the hair better. The Sonic Smooth is also user-friendly.

I got this product for smoother makeup application. After testing it I noticed the dead skin cells exfoliating off as well and my skin was so glowy and smooth underneath! So much more of a detailed shave than electric face shavers - and it comes in beautiful packaging and is easy to use!

I paid the discounted price ordering the minimum $93. I was offered another deal at the end of the transaction, which I refused. Two days later I get an email charging me another $62 which was entitled "update." I contacted customer service to reverse the charge and was told "there is nothing we can do because it has shipped. You can return it if you want." I was concerned that Michael Todd Beauty was a scam but since it also sells on Amazon, I felt reassured. I've sent another email asking for immediate credit. I am now told that I was sent an "upsell" and purchased the additional amount. I did not purchase the upsell. The now are offering to send a free return label and when they receive the return they'll credit me.

My first time using any dermaplanning tool. I wish I found this product sooner. The results are amazing my skin looks so soft and luminous. Im in love! Make sure you charge the device 12 hours before first time use.

I know I've written a report before, so this is not a review of the product, as they're quite good. I was reviewing more the actual Company itself and their customer service. Furthermore, I was very annoyed that my purchase wasn't my purchase. I was very interested in a product, and I have many products of theirs, and generally I'm very happy with them. However, I'm not happy about them automatically purchasing an item that I didn't approve. This has happened twice now, and therefore it cannot be an accident. The first time a pop-up window opened, and it said bundle, and as I was interested in the product. I clicked on it and automatically, my order was placed without me hitting purchase. That is Fraud. Second time, the same thing, except I was trying to enter a code for a discount and then the code didn't work, but the product was automatically run through and it charged my account. This time I didn't bother calling customer service, as last time they said there was no way to expedite my issue as I was in a queue. Plus, there were no supervisors. I said fine I'll wait and then an hour later I got a text saying that the product had shipped. I asked do you not have your own warehouse, or you drop-ship from a different location. If you are then this is absolutely wrong as that means that neither the customer nor customer service can ever alter an order, even if they didn't actually place it themselves. I don't know if anyone's noticed, but there are no edit buttons on websites anymore. There are no cancel buttons, so once you actually put an order in you cannot change it. This is so frustrating when you actually haven't approved that order. I wrote them a second time to complain, and they just wrote back saying I'm so sorry you're not pleased with the order, so please return it. Michael Todd didn't even address the question, plus I love the return policy (not) as it will take possibly two billing cycles to get the money back on your card. This is excessive, and also they did it the day before they had a huge sale and two days later a bigger one. Honestly, I have no idea what's happened to customer service, but it is gone. To save money no one is having live agents, unless it's a chat and often you cannot explain what you need, and I've been trapped on calls like that for four hours. I've made the decision not to shop at any online store if they do not have a live customer agent. Also, that agent has to be around for both east, and west coast times. Additionally, I need the ability to change, edit or cancel my order, and if that's not available then I will not shop on your store. These things should be so easy, as they have been around for years, and are the minimal you should do for a customer. Micheal Todd sort it out so please and do the right thing, please actually have a number for a live agent. I have only seen this in the past with really cheap online stores. Stores that hope you will give up your return due to frustration, as honestly sometimes it's not worth the trouble. Micheal told this is where you are and that's a shame as you never used to be that. Honestly, your products should be cheaper if you're not willing to put in the effort for customer service. However, they are not, go figure. Also add a cancel button so even if the order has gone through, you can cancel within reason as far as time. The products you offer are not that cheap, but they are cheapened by your customer service or lack of it, Plus your unwillingness to correct an error that is yours and not mine. It is so boring that I can't even tell you, The end result of all of this is I will never ever, ever buy anything from your store again. Also, two billing cycles to get your money to arrive back in your card Is inexcusable.

First time trying this product and I fell in love with it! I always remove facial hair but I did it with the disposable blades but this is another level!!! I loved it, it's easy to use, it's not heavy, it does its job very well. It's something I recommend having at home! I really love this amazing skin tool.

I had to do a review for this product the Soniclear Petite. It is great for those wanting to clean and exfoliate their skin in one go. The good thing is it is very gentle on your skin unlike similar products. The serum infusion head is another great plus! I absolutely love it! I use it to apply my serum and night cream and it is amazing! Feels like a face massage!

No one will help me When I try to reorder the correct one (which I dont know which is the correct blade) it wants the gift card number, which I do not have as it was a credit. This has to be a simple solution The picture shows the wrong blades And the spa solution group cannot take a gift card.

Love love how easy this has made my dermaplaning my face! I used to use those single razors to dermaplane but honestly, this is just safer to use and so much quicker! Highly recommend for beginners as well!
