Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I had to write a review of the product.
Take a picture of the review and send it to their customer service representative. This was per their instructions and I would receive a new unit.
I sent an email because my LED Light on the Sonicsmooth Pro+ quit working after a short amount of time after I purchased it. I also mentioned having an issue with the charging station as the handle needed propping in order for it to charge.
I received a prompt response and was given two options to resolve the matter.
Both options resulted in me receiving a brand new unit. I would definitely say they wanted the customer happy and I am very pleased.
Preferred solution: Replace the repair or replace the item.

I ordered the sonicsmooth hair remover and it did not work as advertised. Although before you buy they plaster all over their website that they offer a money back guarantee they behave very suspiciously when you want to return it.
At first they disregarded my disappointment acting like I just didn't know how to use the product and sent videos and the option to zoom. I reiterated that I know how to use it the product just doesnt work well. Then they offered that I could keep the product and they would give me half my money back or so they said offering a third of what I had paid. By this point I felt like I had been scammed and was concerned that even if they honored the money back guarantee that they would use faulty math.
I told them such and did end up getting my money back but the experience was strange and I would not suggest this to anyone.
I bought a dollar store disposable peach fuzz remover and it works much better.
One funny thing is that although I had a long back and forth through emails where I told them their company seemed scammy they sent me this link to leave a review if I had a great experience. I hadn't considered leaving a review before that.

On October 22 I received an email requesting photos from Michael Todd and was told a representative would contact me in 24-48 hours. The email then proceeded to tell me hints and tips on how to use the product.
My issue was a concern of a potential fire as the product was charging. The outside of the tool actually discolored as it was charging. Not a good sign! It is now November 3 and I have had no replacement sent nor any contact.
I have emailed the company again. At this point I would rate customer service, and safety, as low as possible.
It looks like a potential fire hazard. I never leave a device plugged in when I am not at home.

I am so irritated that I will return both items and order from a different, better run company.
