I want to return what I bought. The operations of your company are very poor.
- Ordered one item twice and couldn't cancel by phone.
- Email to cancel received a generic reply.
- Two identical items are shipping and will be returned.
Nothing. I dislike this company very much.
I ordered one item twice. I tried to call within business hours to cancel one of the 2 orders. No answer. E-mailed the company to cancel and got a generic response.
No one listened or read. I now have 2 of the same items being shipped to my house.
I am so irritated that I will return both items and order from a different, better run company.

Charger replacement
- I live in Australia and love my sonic smooth.
- Support replied quickly and provided a replacement link; delivery arrived within a month.
I live in Australia and I love my sonic smooth. I was upset when I lost its charger when we moved house.
I reached out to Michael Todd Beauty customer service via email to request a replacement and they responded immediately. They sent me a link so that I could purchase another one and took delivery of my new charger within a month.
I found Michael Todd Beauty customer service to be efficient, courteous and extremely helpful. I could not fault them!

Terrible product

Resolved: Great results
- Great results with Sonicaresmooth Pro; lighted head helps you see.
- It removes peach fuzz on jaw and lip; weekly treatments keep skin smooth.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Michael Todd replaced the faulty unit very quickly.
The products are good, but reliability seems ti be an issue. They are prompt at responding to product issues.
I have had great results using the Sonicaresmooth Pro. I follow the directions carefully and it removes peach fuzz along the jaw line and upper lip.
The lighted head really helps you see what you're doing.
Weekly treatments are sufficient to keep my skin smooth. It does take time to charge, so you need to plan ahead for use.

Customer Service - AMAZING!!
We emailed about a subscription that we had no login information on, but it was active since we were getting charged monthly. Alissa responded the same day with the resolution.
She verified what the subscription was for and was able to handle request - again, same day! AMAZING!!!
You rarely get a return email on customer service requests, and to get help and a resolution on the same day, i'm blown away! Thank you!!

Resolved: Service on MTB sonic smooth unit
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Sent replacement to broken product. Returned broken product.
MTB replaced my Sonicsmooth unit and returned to me without a hitch. I am so pleased to be reunited with my Sonicsmooth unit.
Their response to my request was greatly appreciated! Great company!

Customer Service
My device stopped working and I reached out to see what I needed to do. They responded back immediately with a solution.
Unfortunately it did not work. 
I let them know and they again responded immediately and will be sending me a replacement.
I do live this company and have several devices from them. After this experience, I am a forever customer.
